35KSF Semi-gut renovation of an existing landmarked 1908 building into a new 7 theater cinema and dine establishment

Responsibilities included pre-construction and construction phases: review of DD-CD drawings for design compliance and quality control, coordination of all owner consultants and vendors, VE, CA, tracking all NYC agency approvals (DOB/FDNY/Landmarks), master schedule and master budget for client.
